Every time we open a magazine or newspaper we are being reminded that the nation is getting fatter, but never get given the right answer to getting to our optimum weight and that’s because there is no quick fix.

The only way to change your body shape is to change your lifestyle with regular exercise and a sensible diet.

We encourage eating a well-balanced nutritional diet, which does not restrict food groups as many others do. If you are sensible and enjoy everything in moderation, there is no need to go on a strict, unforgiving diet that leaves you feeling unmotivated and unhappy.
