I have been a personal trainer since 1999 and have worked at a number of different gyms building up a vast knowledge of different types of training techniques, which I can now pass own to clients who come to Graham Jones Personal Training.

After being classically dance trained for sixteen years I chose to take a break and move more towards the fitness industry. My enthusiasm to exercise and interest in a healthy lifestyle lead me to change my career, as I felt I could help people to change or improve their own lifestyle and attitude towards fitness and diet.
In 2005 I did the Premier Training Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy and qualified in 2006, I then was fortunate to gain a position with Graham Jones Personal Training.
In order to provide the best service to all my clients and help them achieve their goals I strive to forever improve my knowledge within the health and fitness industry.

I have worked for 15 years in the health and fitness industry in a variety of roles. From instructor, personal trainer to management within private and hotel based health clubs. During this time I have worked with many individuals with many different goals to improve their health and fitness.
I understand the reality of life and the time restrictions most of us work under, as I myself am a busy mother of two teenagers. Keeping fit and healthy has helped me increase my confidence, kept me young in mind and body.
I have coped with coming through the harsh rehabilitation treatment of breast cancer, twice in the past ten years. This takes its toll very much mentally and physically on the mind and body. I believe this has given me a unique insight into the difficulties that many people face, when trying to maintain weight and fitness levels. I love helping others to feel good about exercise and its benefits. Getting results for them gives me great satisfaction in my job.
