To keep it simple there is just one monthly direct debit payment and this enables you to use the gym as often as you like between the hours of;

Mon – Fri            7am – 10pm
Sat – Sun             8am – 8pm

All we ask is that you pre-book your session so we can keep a strict number of users in the gym at anyone time.

This also has the added incentive for you to turn up to a prebooked appointment and for you to achieve your goals quicker.
