By working out the amount of calories each individual personal requires to live per day, we can then work out the amount of calories you should be taking in to actually lose body fat.

This may sound complicated but, put simply, by reducing your calorie intake by just 250 calories a day and burning off 250 calories a day more than you are doing now, you can reduce your body fat by as much as 2-4 lbs a week!

And it is often easier than you think to simply reduce your intake by 250 calories a day….if you have 3 less cups of coffee a day and drink a couple of glasses of water you will have done just that.
